7-Day Free Trial

All Scrapreach plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

No Refunds After Payment

After the free trial ends and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to use the free trial fully to evaluate whether Scrapreach meets your needs before subscribing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances such as a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us at info@datraxa.com and we will review your case within 48 hours.
