Apollo sells access to a database. We scrape fresh leads in real time. Their data is months old and shared across thousands of accounts. Ours is scraped the moment you launch. We also write personalized outreach automatically — Apollo does not do that.
Does it really scrape Google Maps?
Yes. You get business name, address, phone, website, rating, and review count from Google Maps listings that match your ICP search. Data is scraped fresh each time — not pulled from a stale database.
Will WhatsApp outreach be supported?
Yes — WhatsApp sequences are in active development and launching in Q3 2026 for Growth and Pro plans. We are particularly focused on Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and other MENA and South Asia markets where WhatsApp is the dominant business communication channel.
How do I connect my email account?
We support Gmail and any SMTP-compatible email provider. Setup takes about 2 minutes with an OAuth connection or SMTP credentials. We recommend connecting a dedicated sending domain for best deliverability.
Is the outreach GDPR compliant?
We include unsubscribe links in all email sequences and honor opt-outs immediately. You should review your specific use case with your legal team for full GDPR compliance assessment. We provide guidance in the dashboard on best practices.
How long until I see replies?
Most users see first replies within 48-72 hours of launching a campaign. Time to first reply depends on your ICP, message quality, and sequence timing.
Can I customize the message templates?
Yes. You can edit the AI-generated messages before they send, or write your own templates entirely. The AI personalization layer works on top of whatever template you provide — it inserts the prospect-specific opening line while preserving your structure.
What happens after the free trial?
You are automatically moved to the free tier with limited usage unless you add a payment method. You will receive reminders at day 5 and day 7 of your trial with no surprise charges. Upgrading takes 30 seconds from the dashboard.
