A lead is counted when the first message in your sequence is successfully sent. Leads that fail to send are not counted. You can scrape and preview leads before sending without using your allowance.

What happens when I hit my monthly lead limit?
Your sequences pause until the next billing cycle. You will receive an email warning at 80% usage. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue immediately.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate before paying. After the trial, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no onboarding fee, no implementation fee, and no annual contract requirement.
Can I use my own sending domain?
Yes on all plans. We recommend connecting your own domain for best deliverability. We provide a setup guide and DNS record checklist.
