1. Introduction

Scrapreach ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Scrapreach platform, accessible at scrapreach.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our lead generation and outreach automation service. By using Scrapreach, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: When you create an account we collect your email address and password (stored hashed). If you provide it, we also collect your name and company name.

Usage data: We collect data about how you use the platform including pages visited, features used, campaign configurations, and timestamps of actions. This is used to operate and improve the service.

Lead data you generate: When you run a campaign, Scrapreach scrapes and stores lead records on your behalf. This data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service and do not use it for our own marketing or share it with third parties.

Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive transaction identifiers and billing status from Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the Scrapreach service: processing your campaigns, delivering scraped lead results, sending outreach sequences on your behalf, and providing the dashboard. We use usage data to identify bugs, improve features, and understand how the platform performs.

We send transactional emails including account verification, password reset, campaign status notifications, and the optional Monday digest. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with the following service providers that operate as data processors on our behalf:

• –Firebase (Google): Authentication, database storage, and hosting infrastructure.
• –Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• –Apify: Scraping infrastructure that powers our lead sourcing.
• –Groq: AI inference for personalization message generation.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We use analytics cookies (aggregated, not tied to personal identity) to understand how users navigate the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies we set.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Lead records you have generated are retained for 12 months or until you delete them, whichever comes first.

Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely as they contain no personal data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, receive a copy of your data in a portable format, object to certain uses of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area, Scrapreach processes your personal data under the following lawful bases: contract performance (operating the service you subscribed to), legitimate interests (improving the platform, preventing fraud), and consent (optional marketing communications).

10. Changes to This Policy
